At Mr Jones Watches, we want you to be completely happy with your unique timepiece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your watch within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to request a return authorization and receive the correct return address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box and ensure it is safely packed in a sturdy outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Us

  Send the package using a tracked shipping service; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until your refund has been processed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the watch and confirms it is in pristine condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
